Refund policy

Los Angeles Anime Shop, we take great pride in creating premium custom desk mats and mousepads. Because every single product is made-to-order specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for non-defective items. This includes changes of mind, ordering the wrong size, or subjective color preferences.

Please ensure all your order details and measurements are completely accurate before completing your checkout.

Acceptable Production Tolerances (What is NOT a Defect) Because our desk mats are manufactured using physical textiles and high-heat processes, there are standard manufacturing tolerances that do not qualify as defects or grounds for a refund:

  • Color Variance (RGB vs. CMYK): Screen colors are digital representations emitted by light (RGB). Our manufacturing process prints physical ink onto a fabric substrate (CMYK). Because fabric absorbs ink differently than a backlit digital monitor displays pixels, slight variations in color, contrast, and saturation are a normal part of the textile printing process.

  • Size Variance (Heat Shrinkage): We use a high-temperature dye-sublimation process to permanently bond the artwork to the fabric. Because the heavy rubber base is subjected to extreme heat during pressing, it naturally expands and contracts as it cools. Please allow for a standard physical variance of 0.5cm to 1cm in the final dimensions of your desk mat.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand by the quality of our production. Please inspect your order the moment it arrives. If the item is physically damaged in transit, possesses a manufacturing defect outside of the standard tolerances listed above, or if you received the incorrect item entirely, please contact us immediately at info@losangelesanimeshop.com

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear, high-resolution photos of the defect or damage.

  • Once verified, we will immediately authorize a free, expedited replacement of your order.

Exceptions / Custom Orders We cannot accept returns for items printed with custom-uploaded artwork or tailored to bespoke dimensions. If you have any specific formatting or sizing questions about a custom project, please reach out to our support team before placing your order so we can assist you.

European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal Exemption) While the European Union grants a standard 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, under Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Because Epic Design Pads are made-to-order and custom-produced, EU orders are exempt from the 14-day return mandate and fall under our standard "All Sales Are Final" policy.






Non-Returnable Items

Custom printed products are made specifically to order and are therefore not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has begun.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it may be eligible for a replacement or exchange. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue for review.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any approved claim.
  • Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy requirements.
