Non-Returnable Items
Custom printed products are made specifically to order and are therefore not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has begun.
Exceptions
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it may be eligible for a replacement or exchange. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue for review.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused and in original condition for any approved claim.
- Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy requirements.
